Inspection - find out what we need to do to fix it

Extraction of water damage - we have a petrol powered vacuum which we use to suck out the water. REALLY POWERFUL

Wet Carpet Drying - After this, believe it or not, the carpet will still be wet! to finish the process we have to dry the carpet, carpet padding and the concrete with Air movers

Restoration of Water Damage Carpet - Now we need to carpet clean the carpet so that the stains come out and we also have to reinstall it.

Now this is the important part – We must be checking the moisture levels all the time. In the carpet, on the walls, in the concrete EVERYWHERE. So that when we leave there is no risk of mould problems happening in the future.

Ok that’s great Lex but how much are we looking at?$330 in the minimum. This will cover us for 1 hour of inspection, water extraction and advice on how to fix it. This is only for BRISBANE customers. It is a $399 minimum for Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast customers.
